Air Conditioning Service Specialists in Croydon

Croydon has one of the largest concentrations of office space in outer London around East Croydon station and the town centre, together with the Purley Way retail corridor, Croydon University Hospital, colleges and a large residential population. Office towers here often run VRF/VRV or fan-coil systems that have been refitted floor by floor.

Retail warehouses along Purley Way and smaller town-centre units use cassettes, ducted units and splits, and many flats and houses now have wall-mounted cooling.

Routine servicing cleans filters and coils, clears drainage and checks electrical connections, controls and operating temperatures. Repairs start with diagnosis of the fault code or symptom, and any refrigerant work is carried out by F-Gas certified engineers with leak testing, recovery, evacuation and recorded charging. Sites in Croydon with several systems can be put on a planned maintenance contract with an asset register and scheduled visits.
