Air Conditioning Service Prices
Our diagnostic visit is charged from £120 +VAT. Everything beyond it is quoted on request after the equipment, fault and access are assessed — the scope is agreed before additional work proceeds. The other ranges below are typical published UK market figures for building air conditioning, shown so you can budget; your confirmed quote follows assessment.
| Service | What it typically covers | Typical UK range |
|---|---|---|
| Diagnostic visit | Fault assessment, error-code reading, findings and repair options | from £120 +VAT per visit |
| Routine service (split system) | Filter and coil cleaning, drainage, electrical and performance checks | £95 – £150 per unit |
| Multi-split service (2–4 heads) | Each indoor head cleaned and checked in turn | £150 – £300 per visit |
| Ducted / VRF service | Larger systems, sometimes six-monthly | £250 – £500 per visit |
| Deep clean & sanitise | Anti-bacterial coil and fan treatment, every 2–3 years | +£60 – £150 per head |
| Refrigerant work | Leak detection, repair, pressure test, evacuation and verified charge | from £300, by scope |
| Planned contract | Scheduled visits, asset register and agreed response arrangements | from £195 per system / year |
Apart from the diagnostic visit, ranges are indicative UK market figures, not our rate card. Common repair parts typically run £100 – £1,000+ fitted (thermostats and fans at the lower end, compressors at the top). Every job is confirmed by written quotation before work proceeds.
