Commercial Air Conditioning Installation
Commercial air conditioning installation remains a supporting service: survey, system selection, installation, pressure testing, commissioning and handover where replacement is the right option.
When replacement makes sense
Repeated breakdowns, restricted refrigerants, poor efficiency or a change in building use can make replacement better value than continued repair. We give a repair-versus-replace assessment based on the installed equipment and the building.
Installation stages
The supporting service retains its existing survey-led scope: heat-load assessment, system selection, installation of units and pipework, testing, evacuation, commissioning and handover. The programme depends on site access and number of units, not a fixed completion promise.
Quotation and handover
Installations are quoted per project after survey. Existing equipment removal includes appropriate refrigerant recovery where required. Record commissioning findings and agree an ongoing maintenance plan from handover.
Frequently asked questions
Do you remove the old system?
Removal and refrigerant recovery are agreed in the surveyed scope.
Can you maintain the new system?
A maintenance plan can be agreed after handover.
How long does installation take?
The programme is confirmed with the quotation after unit quantities and building access are assessed.
